Chris Green is a founder and Partner of Arch + Tower, an organizational strategy firm that focuses on serving clients who are looking to transform their organizations to achieve goals within Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation and Business Transformation.
With nearly 20 years experience in diverse industries including commercial real estate securities, nonprofit and management consulting, Chris leads with a principled perspective, enthusiasm and a focus on operational excellence. Chris’s solutions and practices are built on his expertise and experience in psychology, sociology, and organizational and service design philosophies.
Chris has worked closely with world-class organizations like Chick-fil-A to design hard- and soft-skill training systems; write hospitality training content for scale; large-scale organizational cultural transformation; hiring, selection and onboarding processes; and, technology- and behavioral-change-management initiatives, to name a few.
Chris also teaches organizational and executive leadership courses, continuing education courses, as well as speaks at seminars and conferences on leadership, cultural transformation, change management, emotional intelligence and how to build healthy teams.
